Mini Miners Limited is owned and operated by Alan Dowson and we work alongside Harton and Westoe Juniors.

Mini Miners exists to try to help as many children find a pathway into grassroots football via our sessions and our links to Harton and Westoe Juniors. We typically set up 3-4 grassroots teams a year for girls and boys and we also offer a pathway into Harton and Westoe juniors via our Masters session.

First Payment

Please note your first payment may be different to your regular payments due to subscription starting mid month.

Payments are made by card payment on the 1st of each month

All payments are handled by Stripe.

Session cancellations

If any session is cancelled because of adverse weather or issues with venues, we will offer an alternative session for your child to attend within a 7 day period. There will be no cash refunds offered.

If we cancel the session due to staff ill health we will offer alternative session within 7 days or refund your session.

Number of Sessions

Your subscription will role until you tell us otherwise. Your yearly subscription will cover 48 weeks, we will advise you via email the weeks we will close over the year at the earliest convenience. Subscription payments remain the same each month, it does not change even if there are 5 weeks in the month.

Missing Sessions

If your child does not attend a session no refund will be offered.

Cancelling Subscription

To cancel your child's subscription please email alan@miniminers.co.uk and we will cancel your child's subscription. If you ask for a cancellation over a weekend or a closed period we will cancel the subscription on our first working day. Our working day is typically Monday-Friday 9-3pm. If you ask for a cancellation for example in the middle of the month or the beginning of the month, we will cancel the payment and your child can still attend the session until the last day of that month. We will not refund any part months.
